Pre-booked Breastfeeding Support

I wasn’t able to breastfeed my first baby, and it was something that really stayed with me. So when I was pregnant with baby number two, I knew I wanted to give it another try—this time, with the right support in place. Now I’m five weeks into breastfeeding, and I’m doing it confidently. That’s something I honestly wasn’t sure I’d ever be able to say. It’s taken patience, a bit of perseverance, and the right guidance—and I’m really proud of how far I’ve come. Vicky has played a big part in that. She listened, gave practical advice that actually worked, and never made me feel like I was doing anything “wrong.” Her support made a huge difference, especially in those early days when everything feels overwhelming. I’m really happy with where I am now. This experience has been completely different from my first, and I finally feel like I’ve been able to have the breastfeeding journey I hoped for.

Emma, Sept 2025

Many women tell me they never expected breastfeeding to be so challenging. Because it’s natural, they assume it will come naturally — it IS natural, but more akin to walking than breathing. Breastfeeding may be instinctive, but positioning, latching, and confidence are skills we must learn. In our culture, where breasts are rarely discussed in education and breastfeeding is seldom witnessed — and often politely ignored — it’s no wonder women doubt their ability, worry about milk supply, and stop earlier than they hoped. This struggle can bring real emotional pain, even for those who felt unsure about breastfeeding during pregnancy.

That’s why I now offer a 10% discount for bookings made whilst you are pregnant*. This is designed to give you the knowledge and practical skills you need, and provide early in person support to ensure breastfeeding is comfortable, effective, and confidence-building as quickly as possible.

* We all know that birth dates can be unpredictable so bookings are transferable to a mutually agreeable date as needed.
